No prior experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to explore the beauty of movement in the air!

This class uses a soft fabric hammock, also known as a “sling,” to support and challenge your body as you build strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is designed to help you develop fluid movement and body awareness while feeling weightless.
