Service Description
Pole Strong (All Levels) Build full-body strength, endurance, and control in this pole conditioning class designed to support your progress at any stage of your pole journey. Using both on- and off-the-pole exercises, we’ll target grip, core, upper body, and active flexibility to help you move with more power and confidence. Whether you’re prepping for your first climb or pushing toward elite tricks, this class builds the strength foundation you need to level up safely. No pole experience required — just show up ready to sweat! Please note that no children or guests are allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Studio Policies • Class Cancellations: Clients must cancel at least 6 hours prior to their scheduled class. Cancellations made within 6 hours or no-shows may result in a $25 No Show fee and the loss of one class pass. • Arrival: Please arrive on time; clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted. • Class Cancellations by the Studio: Classes may be canceled due to adverse weather, civil unrest, or safety concerns within the studio or surrounding area. Instructors will strive to provide at least 2 hours’ notice, and any cancellations by the instructor will be fully refunded. The studio also reserves the right to cancel classes with fewer than 3 clients enrolled. • Jewelry and Lotion Policy: For safety, no jewelry that could come into contact with the pole or aerial equipment is allowed. Please refrain from applying lotion prior to class, as it can affect grip and safety on the equipment. • Guests: For the comfort and safety of all clients, no children or guests are permitted in the studio.
