Designed for experienced pole dancers who are ready to take their skills to the highest level.
Service Description
Here’s a refined and professional rewrite of your Elite class description: ⸻ Elite Pole This class is designed for advanced students who are ready to refine their skills, elevate their performance, and push their physical and creative boundaries. Each session is structured around three core areas: 1. Technique Mastery Dive deep into intricate tricks, dynamic aerial combos, and seamless transitions. You’ll work on high-level moves such as shoulder mounts, extended inversions, Ayesha variations, and more—breaking them down to refine form, control, and precision. 2. Strength, Flexibility & Stamina Expect targeted conditioning to build the strength and flexibility needed for advanced pole work, along with endurance training to support longer sequences and high-intensity combos. 3. Creativity & Artistry You’ll be encouraged to develop your own style through creative sequencing, musicality, and intentional flow work. This is a space to explore and evolve your movement into expressive, performance-ready routines. Class Structure: Each class begins with a focused warm-up for injury prevention, followed by strength and flexibility training. We then progress into advanced trick instruction and transitions, closing with combo integration and a recovery-based cool-down. Prerequisites: Students should be confident with shoulder mounts, extended inversions, Ayesha, and high-intermediate tricks. This class is ideal for those looking to train at a high level and take their pole journey to new heights.
