Pole: Beginner
Our Beginner Pole class is the perfect starting point for pole dancers
Service Description
Beginner Pole Our Beginner Pole class is the perfect starting point for pole dancers who are excited to build foundational skills, strength, and confidence. The class is structured to focus on three key areas: 1. Fundamental Techniques: You’ll start by learning basic grips, spins, and holds that establish a solid foundation in pole dancing. Moves like the pole walk, chair spin, and fireman spin are broken down into easy-to-follow steps, ensuring that you feel comfortable and in control as you build technique. 2. Strength, Flexibility, and Coordination: Each session includes conditioning exercises designed to build the core strength, flexibility, and coordination needed to progress safely. We focus on fundamental muscle engagement and body awareness to prepare you for more complex moves as you advance. 3. Confidence and Flow: You’ll learn simple sequences and transitions to help you move fluidly around the pole, building confidence with each class. We encourage self-expression and personal style, helping you to feel empowered and graceful in each movement. Class Structure: Each class begins with a warm-up focused on mobility and injury prevention, followed by strength and flexibility conditioning. You’ll then learn and practice foundational pole moves, working them into simple combinations. We end with a cool-down to aid muscle recovery and maintain flexibility. Prerequisites: No prior experience is necessary. If you’re ready to begin your pole journey and build a strong foundation, this class is designed to support you every step of the way! Please note that no children or guests are allowed.
