Service Description
Our Stretch class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness. This class focuses on deep stretches and techniques to lengthen muscles, enhance range of motion, and support your pole training or any other fitness routine. You'll work on dynamic and static stretches for the entire body, with special attention to areas that are key for pole dancing, such as the shoulders, back, hips, and legs. Suitable for all levels, this class helps prevent injury, improve posture, and increase flexibility in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, come unwind, relax, and give your body the care it deserves! Please note that children or guests are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy
Studio Policies • Class Cancellations: Clients must cancel at least 6 hours prior to their scheduled class. Cancellations made within 6 hours or no-shows may result in a $20 No Show fee and the loss of one class pass. • Arrival: Please arrive on time; clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted. • Class Cancellations by the Studio: Classes may be canceled due to adverse weather, civil unrest, or safety concerns within the studio or surrounding area. Instructors will strive to provide at least 3 hours’ notice, and any cancellations by the instructor will be fully refunded. The studio also reserves the right to cancel classes with fewer than 3 clients enrolled. • Jewelry and Lotion Policy: For safety, no jewelry that could come into contact with the pole or aerial equipment is allowed. Please refrain from applying lotion prior to class, as it can affect grip and safety on the equipment. • Guests: For the comfort and safety of all clients, no children or guests are permitted in the studio.
