What You’ll Experience: During Spot, you’ll have the autonomy to practice the moves you’re passionate about or the routines you’re preparing for an upcoming performance. Our certified instructors are always on hand to provide spotting, ensuring your safety as you attempt more challenging maneuvers. They’re also available to offer advice, tips, and insights to help you polish your technique and expand your pole capabilities. Cancellation Policy
Studio Policies • Class Cancellations: Clients must cancel at least 6 hours prior to their scheduled class. Cancellations made within 6 hours or no-shows may result in a $20 No Show fee and the loss of one class pass. • Arrival: Please arrive on time; clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted. • Class Cancellations by the Studio: Classes may be canceled due to adverse weather, civil unrest, or safety concerns within the studio or surrounding area. Instructors will strive to provide at least 3 hours’ notice, and any cancellations by the instructor will be fully refunded. The studio also reserves the right to cancel classes with fewer than 3 clients enrolled. • Jewelry and Lotion Policy: For safety, no jewelry that could come into contact with the pole or aerial equipment is allowed. Please refrain from applying lotion prior to class, as it can affect grip and safety on the equipment. • Guests: For the comfort and safety of all clients, no children or guests are permitted in the studio.
