Pole: Low Intermediate
Tailored for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to take their skills to the next level
Service Description
Our Low Intermediate Pole class is tailored for pole dancers who have mastered the basics and are ready to take their skills to the next level. The class is structured to focus on three key areas: 1. Intermediate Techniques: You’ll work on expanding your skill set with moves like basic inverts, climbs, and seated poses, along with introductory spins and holds on the pole. Each move is broken down to ensure a smooth transition from beginner techniques, with a focus on control and accuracy. 2. Strength, Flexibility, and Endurance: Every session includes targeted conditioning exercises to help you build the strength, flexibility, and endurance needed for intermediate pole work. By focusing on core engagement and muscle stability, you’ll gain the ability to hold moves for longer and flow through sequences more effortlessly. 3. Flow and Transitional Movement: You’ll start combining moves into fluid sequences that include climbs, poses, and simple inversions. Emphasis is placed on learning seamless transitions and building confidence with movement, so you can begin developing a unique and expressive style. Class Structure: Each class starts with a dynamic warm-up to enhance mobility and prevent injury, followed by strength and flexibility drills. You’ll then move into learning and practicing intermediate pole moves and sequences, with dedicated time for combining transitions and flow work. We finish with a cool-down to support recovery and maintain flexibility. Prerequisites: Participants should be comfortable with basic spins, pole sits, and pole climbs. If you’re ready to expand your skills and dive into the art of flow and transition, this class will help you progress toward more advanced pole work! Please note that children or guests are not allowed.
