High Intermediate to Advanced Pole Our High Intermediate to Advanced Pole class is crafted for seasoned pole dancers looking to refine complex skills and push their limits. This class focuses on three core areas to elevate your practice: 1. Advanced Techniques and Combos: You’ll work on high-level moves and transitions such as handsprings, shoulder mounts, extended leg hangs, and intricate aerial combos. Each move is broken down to ensure safety and precision, supporting you in mastering challenging tricks and building seamless, powerful sequences. 2. Strength, Flexibility, and Endurance: Conditioning is intense, with exercises tailored to the strength, control, and endurance needed for advanced pole work. Each session includes drills that enhance muscle stability and flexibility, allowing you to hold advanced moves longer and perform with fluidity and confidence. 3. Creative Flow and Personal Expression: This class encourages you to explore and develop your unique style, working complex sequences and transitions into cohesive, expressive routines. We focus on creative flow, empowering you to infuse personal artistry and finesse into your pole practice. Class Structure: Each session starts with a focused warm-up for injury prevention and mobility, followed by conditioning to support strength and flexibility. You’ll then move into practicing and refining advanced tricks and transitions, with dedicated time for combining sequences. We end with a cool-down to aid recovery and maintain flexibility. Prerequisites: Participants should be comfortable with advanced techniques such as handsprings, shoulder mounts, and intricate inverts. This class is ideal for dancers ready to challenge themselves and achieve a high level of mastery in pole performance. Please note that children or guests are not allowed.
