Service Description
Beginner to Low Intermediate Pole Our Beginner to Low Intermediate Pole class is designed for those new to pole as well as those ready to build on fundamental skills. This class focuses on three main areas to support a gradual and safe progression: 1. Foundational and Intermediate Techniques: You’ll start with essential moves like the pole walk, basic spins, and pole sits, gradually working up to climbs, inverts, and seated poses. Each move is broken down with step-by-step guidance, allowing beginners to learn safely while low intermediates refine and solidify their skills. 2. Building Strength, Flexibility, and Coordination: Conditioning exercises tailored to all skill levels help you build the core strength, flexibility, and coordination needed for pole dancing. These drills are designed to support your progress, whether you’re just beginning or expanding into more challenging moves. 3. Flow and Confidence: Learn to combine movements into fluid sequences and develop your own style with simple transitions and poses. This class encourages confidence and expression, helping you feel empowered in each move as you advance at your own pace. Class Structure: Each class begins with a warm-up to enhance mobility and prevent injury, followed by conditioning exercises tailored to beginner and low intermediate needs. You’ll then practice pole techniques at both levels, with time for combining sequences and building flow. We finish with a cool-down to support flexibility and recovery. Prerequisites: No prior experience is necessary. This class is ideal for beginners and those ready to expand into low-intermediate skills. If you’re looking to build a solid foundation or advance your basics, this class will support your journey at every step!
