Service Description

This class is structured to focus on three key areas: 1. Technique Mastery: You’ll work on perfecting intricate tricks, gravity-defying inversions, advanced aerial combos, and seamless transitions. This includes detailed breakdowns of moves like shoulder mounts, extended inversions, Ayesha, and complex transitions, ensuring that you execute each move with precision and control. 2. Strength, Flexibility, and Stamina: Each session includes conditioning drills tailored to build immense strength, improve flexibility, and boost stamina, enabling you to sustain longer routines and handle challenging moves with ease. 3. Creativity and Expression: As part of the class, you’ll have the opportunity to explore complex sequences and develop your own unique style. We encourage creative flow and expression, helping you to weave together dynamic transitions into cohesive routines that reflect your personal artistic voice. Class Structure: Each class begins with a thorough warm-up focused on injury prevention, followed by strength and flexibility conditioning. You’ll then move into learning and refining advanced tricks and transitions, followed by time to combine sequences, and finally, a cool-down to aid in recovery. Prerequisites: Participants should already be confident in shoulder mounts, extended inversions, Ayesha, and high-intermediate techniques. If you’re looking to elevate your pole journey and push your limits, this class will help you reach your fullest potential!
