High Intermediate Pole
Service Description
High Intermediate Pole Our High Intermediate Pole class is designed for pole dancers who are comfortable with inverts and are eager to deepen their skill set and flow. This class focuses on three key areas: 1. Advanced Techniques and Combos: You’ll work on more challenging tricks like shoulder mounts, extended leg hangs, and intermediate inversions, along with complex combinations that include transitions between multiple holds and poses. Each move is broken down in detail to ensure safe execution and precision. 2. Strength, Flexibility, and Control: Each session includes conditioning drills aimed at building the strength and flexibility needed to master high-intermediate tricks. With a focus on control and endurance, these exercises will help you hold moves longer, transition smoothly, and improve your body awareness for advanced pole sequences. 3. Flow and Personal Expression: You’ll begin to craft sequences that integrate both power and grace, blending inversions, climbs, and spins into cohesive routines. This class emphasizes personal expression and creative flow, allowing you to develop your unique style and build confidence in your movements. Class Structure: Each class begins with a warm-up focused on injury prevention and mobility, followed by strength and flexibility conditioning. You’ll then progress into learning and refining advanced pole moves, with time set aside for flow practice and sequence-building. We end with a cool-down to promote muscle recovery and flexibility. Prerequisites: Participants should be confident with basic inverts, leg hangs, and spins, as well as comfortable holding body weight on the pole. If you’re ready to challenge yourself with high-intermediate techniques and elevate your flow, this class will help you reach new heights in your pole journey! Please note that children or guests are not allowed.
